A PLUS SEPTIC SERVICE

They said I could save $35 by digging up access to the tank, which I did. Then they came, they pumped, and they left. Mission accomplished.

A Plus responded immediately; they were at my house within 2 hours, and in 2 more hours they fixed the issue (broken float switch) pumped both the septic tank and pump chamber, and cleaned up the yard where the cover was dug up. They were responsive, punctual, and extremely professional. I am unable to receive calls directly on the ship but I can call out- they were receptive to my numerous phone calls to check on the status. Overall a very positive experience, thank you, highly recommended!

Very well. Next morning and he came early, before I came home. Did every thin necessary and left me the bill. Loved that! And....... it was less than he had quoted.

They came on time and at the scheduled time and performed the required work. We needed two visits when they couldn't find septic on first visit and had to bring additional equipment. We did tell them we had no idea where septic was so I am not sure why they weren't prepared the first time. End result was septic not where it was on maps and was a challenge but they accomplished the task.

I discovered that sewerage had backed up into the house on Wednesday. Found A Plus on Angies List and called A Plus about 130pm. They were at the house by 3. We had a hard time finding the tank and lift stage, but the guys persevered cheerfully. They pumped the tank and lift station which allowed us to use the system for a couple of days. On Friday Jason, the owner, came back to figure out why the pump wasn't working. They discovered several problems: a bad electrical connection, bad alarm switch and a fried pump. Poor Tim had to go into the lift station three or four times. They started about 730am and were finished by noon. Prompt, clean (at least at the beginning!), and seemed like straight shooters. I've been told by friends that this was a pretty reasonable price for what they had to do. I've got no complaints. Jason and Tim also gave me valuable information and instruction about our system. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

Cleaning of our septic tank was excellent. A+ also found that our builder had not done everything correctly in the 1st place. Therefore we must still have more work done. We were very pleased with the work.

It was very helpful. He came out very quickly, as he had a job to do in my neighborhood, and stopped by to evaluate the potential damage. He assured me that the structure was still sound.

Our experience was easy from start to finish! I left a message on the answering machine and Jessica got back to me promptly and was able to schedule the pumping for later in the week. She explained how to help locate the access panel so we could dig the hole ourselves. There is an option of them digging it for $25. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional and completed the job very quickly and neatly. Other than the hole in my back yard, there is no evidence of their having been here. We will definitely use A+ for our next pumping and hopefully we won't need them for another three years!

Prior to arrival we located the tank and dug to the opening as this reduced the cost of the service. The truck arrived on time and began the pumping process. Since we had not made it clear that this was a two-family dwelling a second truck was needed. The job was done cleanly and professionally. We would use A Plus Septic Service again.

He was very good. I ended up spending $350 because there was a legitimate issue. The initial charge was going to be $250. He had told me beforehand if there were particular problems the price would go up. He was very responsive and showed up on time. He was very hard working and was in and out very quickly. He gave me full disclosure when I talked to him on the phone about what the costs were going to be. He gave me some good advice on how to avoid problems in the future and frequency when I should get it serviced. It was a good experience. I had never met him before and I will use him again.

serviceman arrived on time and was wonderfully thorough in explaining process-- and what to watch out for from cost-cutting alternative providers; as a new homeowner, i appreciated his attention to detail and tidiness; and since the phone quote did not include the digging he did, he deducted that from his bill, leaving me completely satisfied

Very satisfied with their service. I called them up and they were able to schedule to pump my septic within two days of my call. They came the day they said they would came and stuck to their estimate. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area as clean as possible. The price would have been $25 cheaper had I dug my own hole but I couldn't remember exactly where it was. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future when needed.

He pumped the tank out completely, including scrapping the stuff stuck on the walls and corners. He checked out the baffle and decided it was deteriorated but good enough until the next pumping in a few years. He explained what he'd do to replace it and the approximate cost. It turns out he installed the tank when the house was built. He pointed out that we had drains for the basement and approximately where they should be. They have been covered with leaves and dirt and neither I nor the inspector could find them. Overall he did a great job and did it quickly explaining everything as he worked.
