Crew of unsupervised foreigners performed the work. Basement ceiling has been reworked three times. Screws are sticking out all over the home. Visible defects everywhere. Very bad experience!

the canadian sheetrockers have been cominghere and doing sheetrock for years they aresome of the best and i did supervise them i had broke my wrist in March could not do all the work my self so hired them i fixed the basement ceiling rescrewed no nails showing then so why does this keep happening as i said when i started this could be do to poor insulating and air sealing between flloors and partitions allowing cold moist air and warm air to mix making framing expand and contract per we could see outside after it was insulated joint compond only sits on top of drywall it does not keep drywall or screws from moving this job was done 6 years ago insulation laws have changed for the better people are learning i went to insulation school 7 years ago because of problems like this and this is what i found out
