Wonderful personality and very helpful. Did over what I asked. The fee was a bit high for the electrical portion. I had a couple of wires cut and capped. That is what the actual job was. $175 I believe it was, was pretty steep!

Chris didn't sweep the floor of plaster residue where he cut hole in the wall for the switch. Also he apparently had to take an electrical picture off the wall in order to install switch but he could have hung the picture back up after the job was done. I'm a disabled elderly woman and now I'm unable to rehang the picture . I feel that Chris should have picked up after himself.

IGM replaced 10 of our outside lights and installed a new motion sensor light. Chris and his partner arrived on time for the initial quote/assessment and again on the day of the project. They were very professional, polite and thorough. Some of the initial lights (inserted by the builder) involved â shortcutsâ unbeknownst to us, however, Chris correctly fixed them. All of our questions were answered and we are extremely happy with the results. We would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with Chris and his assistant. They came a day early which was very much appreciated. I thought the kitchen light needed to be replaced as I could not get it to go on. Chris quickly found that the problem was the switch. He replaced it in a very timely manner. I checked another light in the kitchen while he was here. Chris and his partner were pleasant, professional and very efficient. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend IGM Electric and would absolutely use them again.

Chris and his assistant installed a 200 amp panel, coordinated with CMP . It went perfectly. Ran underground wiring to my garage and wired it. Also put in outlets my wife wanted. Good scheduling, great work, and I highly recommend him. Incidentally, his quote for the job was well under others i got a quote from.

They have not finish job. Waiting for part. They should not be charging for a service call on the part. It was a thermostat that blew when the power was turn on.
