Craig Frappier

Craig and Mike replaced the roof on our 200 year old house in a very short time and cleaned up every last nail. Shortly afterwards, they built a huge new deck that added thousands of dollars of value to our home. Craig is always on time, works hard all day, and is very patient (I change my mind easily - a contractor's worst nightmare). We will use Craig for all of our contracting needs in the future, no question. We don't even bother getting other estimates.

Craig visited my home with his wife and business partner to scope out the job, make measurements, etc. They were timely, efficient, and very professional, explaining to me the entire process. I had ordered the patio door from Deering Lumber, which provided me with Craig's name as well as names of other builders, and Craig took care of all the details from there. He provided me with an estimate, and came in slightly below expected. The total job was about $600--extremely reasonable, and the job was expertly done by Craig and his co-worker. When the door was ready, Craig phoned to set up a time to install it and do the work above. He picked up the door and arrived with a partner, fully equipped with supplies to do the job. At every step I felt I was in the hands of experts, their experience and skill was obvious, and their congenial manner (and willingness to provide explanations to a novice) made the experience painless and fun. They completed the job by mid afternoon, and even vacuumed the area before they left. I am thrilled at the result, and also the process getting there. I have recommended Craig (his business is Maple Grove Builders) to several friends and neighbors, and recommend him to this list without reservation. Excellent work, excellent experience!
