Estimator was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Offered multiple ideas to save money and make the project look better. Decided to hire them and expected work to be complete toward the end of May, early June.

The crew at Main Line Fence was great - very professional and prompt. The fencing is beautiful and my neighbors have commented on how much they like it. The quality of the product they use is very good. I got 3 prices before choosing Main Line and went to all 3 locations to check out their product. Main Line's vinyl fencing is a good sturdy material where the lesser price material I looked at with another company I could actually flex way too much by pinching it with my fingers! I discovered all vinyl fencing is not created equal. I had to wait two months for my installation, but I knew that from the onset of the contract (they're very busy). They were there when they said they would be and to my amazement, finished up the job in two days. After installation, there was not a single scrap of debris anywhere; they did a very thorough job of cleanup. I has a concern about one of the panels in the fence and they addressed it immediately. I plan on using Main Line Fence for additional fencing that needs to be done.

Ryan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The quote was very reasonable. When the installers made a few mistakes (installed fence crooked & left a few dings) Ryan made sure that they came back the next day to fix everything and make it right again.

everything went perfectly from start to finish. Met with Brett, very knowledgable and personable, signed contract and discussed scheduling. Three men showed up to complete the work, very clean, presentable, polite, and happy to be installing fence. Work came out exactly as expected. Everything cleaned up and not a single branch on a single ornamental tree close by was harmed, very nice professional job

I thought they were very prompt, quick, and the product was very good. There were no issues. The quality of the fence is holding up excellently.

They did a fantastic job. They sent out a crew of four people who worked efficiently. They did what they said they were going to and finished in a day. They stuck to the price originally estimated.

On Dec. 5th the crew arrived with wrong fence; the fence was not what we had agreed to nor was it what the contract stated. I feel as thought Main Line Fence attempted to deceive me by installing the incorrect fence; it was clearly not the size we agreed upon. Luckily I looked at it and I knew it was not correct. Upon my questioning of them they just packed up and left and once I spoke to a salesperson; he refused to order the correct boards per the contract. I would say beware because I have a written contract and they are not honoring it. They refused to honor the terms of the agreement. What is most upsetting to me is Main Line Fence has always had a wonderful reputation but it seems from my experience; that the bottom dollar means more to them than their customer service.

The Main Line Fence Co. came and were professional. They replaced seven cedar posts and repaired the gate. When they were done, the fence was standing straight, but when you opened the gate, the fence shook. They did not replace the gate posts, which I thought were going to be replaced. When I questioned the inspector, he said that they were OK. So now, it's 6 months later and the fence is falling over. I called the Main Line Fence Co. and they said that they would send me a new proposal. I got the proposal and the price was around $450.00 for three posts and to repair the gate. I called the inspector to find out why the price was so much and why I was being charged for work that I had already paid to have done. They told me that they do not have time to look at every post. (There are only 20 posts). They said that I was being unreasonable, and I feel that FIRST OF ALL, an apology would have been nice. Sorry, we didn't do a very good job, how can we fix our mistake? I am not trying to get something for nothing, I just would like to be assured that when I hire a company to do a job, they do it well. So, I will be looking for a new company that hopefully has good customer service, who guarantees their work.

The salesman who came to see the job was professional and prompt, estimate came by email. Price was competitive. Crew that came to install were also professional, flexible, and fast. There were some unforeseen issues that where not their fault but they rearranged their schedule to accommodate. They didn't leave any evidence of their hard work, not even a pile of sawdust!

I had a small yard to fence and this was the mid-range price out of three quotes. They said a 5-6 week waiting list and it was exactly 5 weeks. Both types of fencing are high quality and look good. The 2 man crew did the work in under 2 days. They were professional, answered my questions and cleaned up beautifully. A very good experience.

They came by and gave me a quote for my fence, on time and super nice. It was a little bit outside of my budget so I did not end up getting the fence but I would consider using them in the future!

We are very happy with them. They've have good recommendations and I got recommendations from other people. They work for us commercially. We have some commercial properties and they've done work for us. They are reliable and the installation looks really great. They were knowledgeable and they were very professional. They did clean up after themselves. I'm sure we can get them less expensive and then l worry about the quality and the installation but I know they are relatively on the high end.

They did a good job. I was satisfied with what they did. They were just easy to work with. I got what I wanted.

He was very professional and it was a quick interaction; he got all of the information he needed in a short time. They seem to have been in business for a long time and they know their fencing. I would think they’d be good but I don’t have any firsthand knowledge.

The quote was for $9000. I felt they were expensive. I had quotes earlier for fencing a larger area and they were 20% higher than the other two quotes. However, they were very professional and they got right back to me. They gave me a detailed quote. They were really great. I have had good recommendations about their quality, but they were very expensive. I will not consider using them in the future.

I liked them and I am considering using them. He arrived on time and it went very well. They have a very good reputation. The price is really high and I might call someone else to see if I can get a lower price.

We were very pleased with their work. Measurements and requests were taken in advance and we were provided with a relatively competitive quote. Once we agreed to the work, they built out the fencing in their shop and installed the new fencing in just two days. We were very impressed with the quality and precision of the work. They also did a terrific job of keeping us happy after the project was over when we noticed a few minor problems. Overall a very good job.

We spoke with four or five local companies and got quotes. Main Line's work seemed very good, there are lots of local installations we were able to check out and they lowered their price a bit when I showed them a lower quote. The guys were friendly and did a great job. Definitely recommended.
