Description of Work: Horan brothers measured 1 window opening, told us dimensions. We purchased the window. Multiple messages were left for them to call back, no return call. Finally I spoke with contractor's wife, contractor was rude said he did not want to install the window. Very poor customer relations.

Description of Work: one of the Horan brothers initially came to inquire about my project. I wanted one window installed, he said he would do this. After obtaining the window,I reeatedly made calls to him, he did not return any of them. Then when I finally did reach him, he was rude and said he would not be interested in the job. I would never call him again.

 + 2 moreI like their craftsmanship, timeliness, and they are nice guys. They are excellent. I would continue to use them.
Description of Work: We have used Horan Bros. Builders many times now. They have done some work and was going to be doing some additional work with us this year. Last time they were out was couple of weeks ago to put a new window, kitchen cabinets, some painting, and bunch of handyman stuff.
