+ -1 moreHarvey and his team were professional and courteous. My wife and I were very satisfied with the completed work on the interior. We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home.
Description of Work: All interior walls and ceiling sanded and painted, two coats. All interior and 1 exterior doors were replaced. One sliding door was removed and the wall was opened up. All flooring replaced with vinyl planking. Some minor wiring was done to relocate ceiling fixtures. One kitchen cabinet was raised to allow for the refrigerator to be moved.

+ -1 moreThey did the job as requested originally and stopped the leak, yes. Super Nice people, however charged me $500 just to come out from 2 hours away in a emergency. After realizing it was needed to open up the plastic of course it was all wet ( the insulation) I requested it all to be removed and replaced with new installation. And taped back up. They did not remove the old insulation they did however use some of my 2 inch foam and tape to basically hold it in place. So all in all a $8.99 piece cost me $600 for the whole job they did. I'm not impressed, but I'm glad the leak stopped. I will still have to go under there and fix the insulation the right way. When it's warm enough.
Description of Work: Leak under mobile home, pipe to be fixed, insulation removed and replaced, and taped back up. ( The leak was fixed) It was not properly insulated or taped back up.
