Nick and his father, Bob, are great people. They're extremely knowledgeable at what they do, and do it well. If they don't know something, they will tell you that, do their homework and come back with an answer. They have been able to fix every problem I've had in my house, and there have been many related to several different systems. They're very professional and honest. They're prompt and will answer the phone and day of the week, at any time of the day (or night), and that includes holidays. Yes, I've unfortunately been forced into the opportunity to test my previous statement. They will not try and cheat you. They are a little on the expensive side, but I would rather pay for quality and get it right the first time around and in half the time as an amateur that's trying to cheat me. These guys are top notch and I feel very comfortable with them - I wish they can do everything in my house.
