Description of Work: He never returned my call or responded to my email. Very disappointed, because I just joined Angie's list to find a carpenter to do some repair work at my home, and my first experience is not a good one. I live in Cape Neddick, and so does he. + -1 moreThe bathroom project went great. We did a partial re-do; kept the tub and toilet. He installed a pocket door into the laundry closet, installed wainscoting, installed a laundry sink. Created the perfect space in the bathroom for a vanity piece that we had from a previous and quot;findand quot; and made everything work together. He also acted as the general contractor for the job for the plumber, electrician, and tile guy. Dennis always arrives when he says he is going to, and is always professional. The job sometimes takes longer than he anticipates because he is such a perfectionist. He is a carpenter by trade and does outstanding detail work.
Description of Work: Dennis did all the carpentry work (outstanding) and was also the general contractor for a family bathroom and laundry re-do. He has also done other projects for us - kitchen re-do (carpenter and general contractor), installed hardwood flooring, made a fireplace cabinet for a gas fireplace, the list is endless. I would not use anyone else in the area, I always wait for Dennis to be free to do the work at my house.
