I made an appointment for Bibb Rock to come to my home at 5pm on a Wednesday to give me a quote for a sod installation & a flagstone walkway. I rushed home from work that evening to meet them before an appointment I had in another town. I waited around for 40 minutes & they never showed. The next afternoon I called them to see if perhaps I had mixed up the days. The owner said he "forgot" about my appointment until 7pm that evening. He offered to come over that day. When I asked why he didn't call when he remembered or anytime the next day, he said the was "really busy this time of year." I declined his coming over, if he's too busy to keep appointments or have the courtesy to call if he forgot or could make it, why would I want him to do work for me?
