Very professionally done, without issue. They provided lots of information and answered all questions as the project progressed (which they managed to get done in a day). Also left the entire area neat and clean, and came back to ensure the removal of the old boiler was done in a cleanly manner. Would definitely recommend Josh and Jeremy.

When I first bought my 756 sq. ft. 1947 house in 2007 it had a natural gas baseboard heater in the kitchen. The heater was probably original to the house which has natural gas powered forced air heat. There is one large grate that services the main body of the house, however, the kitchen is mostly separated from the rest of the house by a wall with one opening. As a housewarming gift, a family friend who is a master plumber inspected all the mechanicals and indicated that they were good except for the heater. It had a live flame and he considered it unsafe. He properly disconnected and discarded it for me. We have some tough winters here in Maine, and the kitchen's main wall faces north. It was darn cold sometimes in that kitchen! The heating in the main body of the house had to overwork to heat the kitchen. I bought an electric baseboard heater for the kitchen, but it wasn't sufficient to keep the room warm on those really bitter cold days/nights. After much searching I found a Cozy (that is the brand name) natural gas baseboard heater at Grainger's. It has sealed combustion and is a safer option than the original heater. After reviewing Angie's List, I called three plumbing/heating firms, each having excellent reviews. Two never called me back at all. Joshua Nappi answered my call. He was in my area for another reason, and immediately came by and looked at the job and gave me an estimate. He said they were busy, but managed to fit me about a week later. Joshua and his partner Jeremy arrived exactly on time. The installation took less time than expected and cost less than the original estimate. I'm very happy to have the heater installed before winter sets in. I would happily hire Imperial Plumbing and Heating again.

We use them a couple of times a year. I would recommend them. They helped us by getting us in touch with the plumbing supply place and then let us go pick out what we wanted. They they go picked it up and managed all of that. From what I recall, pricing was very good.

I had called all local companies to get an idea as to what I was facing when my furnace ignition got wet. He assured me that if it dried and lit the burners all would be ok. 4 others said nothing could be done until the morning and the costs could run anywhere from $600 to $2000. I am no dummy but needed reassurance. Joshua saved me many dollars and a cold night and all that comes with that. He will get any future work from me that he is capable of.

Service was excellent, showed up as agreed, work was done on time, neatly and well. Cleaned up thoroughly after doing the work. Very happy with the result.

Very prompt, responsive, meticulous service-- we couldn't be happier! Also, we did get bids from other plumbers at the start, so we know that their pricing is fair.

Showed up with all of the parts needed for the work at the agreed upon time. Took a look at the sink to verify what was needed , and then efficiently set up to do the work. In addition to replacing the drain parts that were required, Josh added bracing to correct the pitch of the pipes, and to strengthen the piping. The parts used were high quality Kohler that will last.

The plumber was responsive to our initial call, requested we send him a cellphone picture of the spigot so he could be sure to have the right parts, and arrived on the earlier side of the time window he had given us, within two days of our call. He was polite and professional and fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes. My husband asked him if he could also take a look at a tub which wasn't draining and he adjusted the stopper valve (not sure if that is technically correct) to fix that problem as well within another 15 minutes. Total cost $75.00 would definitely hire again.

Although prompt in arrival and professional during the walkthrough prior to giving a quote, we still had not received an estimate several days later. When we called to follow up, we were told the estimate was still not complete, so we decided to go with a different company.

Fantastic workers, pleasant, reliable, respectful, excellent experience with suggesting repairs and doing them.

From start to finish Josh was on time, professional and offered expert advise for adding an indirect to our current oil fired boiler. We received 3 quotes and Imperial was a bit higher than the lowest but offered quality components and explained very clearly why we didn't need the all the upgraded componets that the highest bidder was trying to sell us. I felt they were honest, straight shooting guys that know their stuff and there is a lot to be said for that. We were very pleased with the job they did for us and they will be our heating and plumbing contractor from here on out. Marc

My garbage disposal was not working (non-emergency). I called and the plumber (Josh Nappi) came the next day on time, even though he was a fair distance away on another job. We made an appointment to install a new garbage disposal the next day, which was done quickly and as scheduled even though it was the holiday season. The plumber was very professional and pleasant to work with. The price was great. I paid no money at the time of the first visit. I paid fully him on the second visit, which included the minutes he spent on the first visit. He did not charge me for a full visit for the first visit - only the minutes spent. I highly recommend Mr.Nappi of Imperial Plumbing. The overall experience could not have been better.

They were there as agreed, the work was completed faster than the estimate. They came with everything required, including a pump to expedite the draining of the old tank. The work was done very well. After the work was completed the work area was picked up completely. They took the time during installation to bring the exhaust up to building code. Work was well coordinated between the two of them and was done very efficiently.

All pre-work correspondence was answer promptly and clearly. Josh showed up on time, performed the work very professionally and cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace of having been there. The work was done well and I am very satisfied with the experience.
