Response time to my request for a quote was excellent. He came over, reviewed my needs and got back to me right away that I fit right into what he can do and would be here at the first snowstorm. Pricing is in line with what I've paid in the past. It hasn't snowed yet, but I am rating based on my expectations that work and service will be great. Thank you.

Tried to contact several times concerning this job after payment and couldn't get a call back. Tore gas pipes out of the house and damaged the water line also. Cost us upwards of $1000 to repair and was not able to get hitched up for almost three weeks.

They do a way above average job for you. He did an outstanding job for us.

Tony was great to work with. Did a fantastic job. I showed him what needed to be done and he completed job in record time. He was a pleasure to work with. I would gladly use him again!

They charged me $50 per man per hour for labor, which was way over the odds for the quality of the work. We had to re-do some of it ourselves later. They are pleasant to deal with and they work hard, but their work is slapdash, and I made a mistake not supervising them more closely. It was clear to me that they don't know much about plants. I wouldn't hire them again for this kind of work.

Prompt and hard-working local business did good work installing a new footing drain around our house plus a secondary parallel drain line for downspout runoff. It's only been a week and our basement is perceptibly drier.

I was very happy with the service and product I got

I would NOT recommend Tony Boisvert and White Rock Excavation & Logging. I hired them to clear a 100 x 100 foot area so it would be ready to have a large garden planted. The scope of work included clearing trees, removing stumps, chipping certain brush and removing the rest. Then, the area would be leveled using gravel fill and loam would be filled in the actual garden area. I wanted them to start work in May. Tony at White Rock convinced me to begin the project early, in March. They were unable to properly read the plan for the plot and were working on the WRONG area. Then, they insisted the ground was not too frozen to fill the gravel and loam. I only relented when Tony GUARANTEED it would look great and promised to return in mid-May to confirm the spring thaw did not result in any shifting of the proposed plot. In the middle of the project, I was told they had under estimated the amount of material and asked for an extra $500 for materials. Two weeks later, the work they had done was a mess. Not only did they only clear a 70 x 70 foot area, but they did not clear all the stumps and the thawing of the snow resulted in a horrible result. I tried to call Tony numerous times, but he refused to address the issue. I called two other contractors. Upon looking at the work that Tony and White Rock did, they were shocked. Both contractors believed that Tony and White Rock either intentionally deceived me or had no idea what they were doing. Instead of using gravel fill as we had agreed, I learned that they had used stone dust fill, a cheaper product that resulted in the land being spongey. I had to pay one of the other contractors $6,400 just to fix the mess that Tony and White Rock made, and finish the job. I would NEVER recommend them based on their shoddy workmanship and lack of professionalism. To add insult to injury, one of their trucks ran over my neighbors landscaping bridge. Instead of apologizing, they were incredibly rude. I ended up fixing the damage for my neighbor.

Tony and Al were easy to work with and did exactly what they contracted to do.

The owner sets a stellar example for his help by working right along side of them. They excavated a trench on our farm for a water line, before demolishing a large barn which was beginning to topple and which we had on our 110-acre farm in Skowhegan. They cleaned up the barn debris and it looked like a commercial lawn at a country club when they were finished. We can't say enough good things about him

They did quality work for a very affordable price. They even came back at their own expenses and at my request to do further work. I'd recommend them to anyone

The owner really stands behind his work and is genuinely interested in helping the customer. He came back twice at his own expense to ensure that we were fully satisfied. 'Would gladly recommend him and his workers to anyone. Joanne Anderson

Tony and his crew installed a drainage system in my backyard. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do leaving my yard clean and seeded. Tony even salvaged some granite and we repurposed it as a stepping stone walkway at no extra charge. I have no complaints. I have not had a chance to see how the drainage system works yet but will alter my review if necessary. As of now I would recommend White Rock to anyone who asks who did my work.

They were quick and courteous.

Tony and his crew called to let me know when they would be starting work. They arrived on time and worked finishing the job as promised. Very nice work, everything done to specification and as promised. Definitely recommend them.

This company has excellent communications and people skills. Every worker was attentive to detail and customer requests. I highly recommend them for any project within the broad scope of their services!
