+ -1 moreHe put in some big blocks for a retaining wall. I spent around $18000. He is an excellent designer and he had a great deal of vision for my property. We were thinking of something different and he made some wise suggestions to use the space better. He is a quality landscaper. He is more of a high end person. The design elements he has to offer may not be available with others.
Description of Work: I have used Carter Design Group Inc. a couple of times for landscaping. The last time I used him was in 2009 to do a patio are for us. He took out an overgrown planting, laid in a stone paper patio and redid my front walkway.
