 + -1 moreHow can you top perfection? Because that is how Mark is from start to finish. He even gives me valuable advice and will go the extra mile.
Description of Work: My hot water ran cold...no idea what was causing it so I called Mark. He came out the same day and said my tank was corroded and I needed a new one. He said he could get a new one and replace it the next day. A couple of hours after he left I recieved a phone call from him saying that he had already picked a new tank up and that he could install it that afternoon!!! I was up and running with hot water again that evening!! Mark will bend over backwards and I have never, ever known such amazing service and coupled with a wonderful personality and friendly professional way, Mark is a keeper for sure! That is not the only time he has come to my rescue and always Mark is the same. He is a gem!

 + -1 moreHe is just remarkable and amazing. When you leave him a message, he immediately calls you back and get to you immediately. He helps you with a lot of things and he gives suggestions on the things you should do or not to do.

 + 0 moreMark was extremely responsive and very professional. He was prompt, courteous and a pleausre to do business with. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who has plumbing or heating needs. We will also be using Mark to fix our furnace which has developed corrosion over time.
Description of Work: Mark replaced a cracked valve in our toilet and replaced the faucet in our master bathtub.
