+ -1 moreLibby heating picked up on first call and was able to service our furnace that afternoon. He was prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, professional yet down to earth. He got our furnace back running and fixed a heating zone that previously wasn't working. This was all done in an hour and his price was honest & fair. I look forward to using him in the future and would recommend him to anyone in the area - you won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: Got our furnace up & running. Replaced a circulator pump, lightly cleaned furnace, replaced thermostat in kitchen & replaced nozzel.

+ -1 moreLincoln provided wonderful, professional service at a price that was well below competing bids. Top of the line mobile home furnace installed for much lower, in one case half, price others quoted for the basic model from another manufacturer. Showed up on time and completed the work in half the time the competing vendors said it would take. Lincoln is approachable and takes the time to answer your questions and discuss what needs to be done. Licoln actually did this service in Gorham, ME but I could not change my address on Angie's List

+ -1 moreKnew what was wrong immediately, had the parts in his truck. job completed in one hour. Yea! Hot water again!
Description of Work: I had no hot water. Called Libby Heating and he said he would be over in about 20 minutes. Replaced ignitor, a couple of vents and the hot water expansion tank. Done in one hour.

Description of Work: Serviced our heating and air conditiong for approx 7 years. Extremely responsive, thorough, always satisfactorily corrected the issue or provided the necessary service. Responsed rapidly when we had an immediate problem. Never did service not needed. Would highly recommend Lincoln for all relevant needs. Multiple service dates throughout the pasy 7 years.

+ -1 moreWe never have to call him back to fix something after he does the work. He is absolutely wonderful! He is honest about how to fix things, and doesn't try to talk you into something that isn't necessary.
