Description of Work: A Principal from WellTree assessed the status of an unhealthy tree in our yard to determine the need for having it taken down. He advised us that it would likely be okay. He then surveyed the other trees on our lot determine whether there were any other trees we should be concerned with. None were. We appreciated his forthrightness in stating that we likely did not need work done despite it meaning no more business for WellTree at the time than the consult fee.

Description of Work: They came to figure out which of the trees near our house were problematic, provided and estimate to trim and take down some of them, and then returned to do that work. Throughout the process, Welltree employees were very helpful, professional, and fair.

Description of Work: Extensively trimmed a very old and very large apple tree and also provided some "food" for the tree by injecting it into the soil around the tree. |It went very well and they cleaned up completely.

Description of Work: We had a large maple tree pruned and cabled, as well as a crab apple tree pruned, and five huge shrubs removed (with stumps ground down). We were very pleased with WellTree. We got quotes from three arborists for the work - and WellTree was the middle quote but they seemed the most thorough and knowledgeable, so we chose them. We'd recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We had tree damage at my mother's home as a result of a storm. Several big branches were hanging and we were concerned they would fall on the roof. I called WellTree and they came out the next day(Tuesday)!! The work was scheduled for Friday but they had an opening so came Thursday instead - I was out of town at the time and I was concerned about the work being done in my absence. My mother was thrilled with the work (which included trimming 2 other trees while they were there repairing the stormdamage) and said they were polite, worked very hard and cleaned up everything very well! I went over to inspect before I made payment and was Very Pleased with their work... They also left the larger branches for use in my wood stove - all stacked neatly by each of the 3 trees... All in all, I would highly recommend them for tree work, trimming and removal! in our books - They are THE BEST!!

Description of Work: I had a problem with the Gypsy Moth insect. I called them and they came in and took care of the problem. He sprayed the trees to kill the insects.

Description of Work: Jeff's crew removed one large bunch of Norway maples near our driveway, which also entailed removing a number of limbs that were entangled in the electrical wires. In addition, they removed a number of other maples & trimmed the two trees that we opted to keep. They ground up the wood & leaves & gave us the option of keeping the mulch (which we did). They hauled away & cleaned up everything else. All of this was accomplished by a small crew in just one day.

Description of Work: Jeff Gillis removed 16 over grown shrubs, 4 white pines trees and they installed a cable support on my Norway maple tree. He and his crew also cleaned up all of the left over debris and put some mulch down in some of the shady areas.
