septic tank
 + -1 moreCalled Sunday because we had sewage coming up a hole in our floor probably from a blocked sewer line. Said they could come the next day (Monday) between 1-3. Quoted me a price and everything. Called at 2:15 and they said they had no record of my call and insisted I had called someone else. When I quoted their prices back to them, they agreed those were accurate. They said sorry we can come at 5pm instead. Called at 5:30 and they are closed and not answering their emergency line. Left a message and did not hear back. So, instead of calling someone else, I waited over a day with sewage in my basement and not able to use any bathroom functions in my house. Have to spend another night elsewhere.
Description of Work: Was supposed to come and try to clear blockage in my sewer line.
