 + -1 moreThey sent a fine electrician, Jason Desmarais of JRD Electrical Services to do the work; he was more than prompt, did great work, cleaned up perfectly afterwards, and was pleasant to deal with throughout.
Description of Work: Though they strictly speaking did not have to, Lowe's mangers assumed responsibility for seeing to it that a defective electric cooktop which the manufacturer, Whirlpool, was refusing to act on was replaced, at no charge to us. They sent a fine electrician, Jason Desmarais of JRD Electrical Services to do the work; he was more than prompt, did great work, cleaned up perfectly afterwards, and was pleasant to deal with throughout.

 + -1 moreI spent about $1600 on the job. The job went very well. They were very friendly and very helpful. They made me aware of the new law, which I was not aware of previously. I didn?t know that I had to get my house tested for lead before they installed the door. If it had lead, it had to be taken care of. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Lowes for storm doors, six months ago. I bought the doors from them and they installed it for me.
