I left him a voicemail message in mid-summer 2014 to see if he would pick me up on his yearly standby generator PM schedule. Had to call him a second time since he did not respond. It took him several weeks before he called me back. He came out and performed the minimal PM on my generator on Sep 23, 2014...the same day he was doing 2 other generator PM's in my housing development. He did the work with minimal conversation. On Mar 17, 2015 I had a power outage...the generator did not kick on. So I called him the next day and left a voice mail message about the problem and asked him to call me back to schedule a time when he could come out and get my generator running again. No response. Mar 23, 2015, I again called him and said that I had not heard from him and would he please call me to arrange to get my generator running. It is now April 8, 2015...over 3 weeks since my initial call to him...and I have not received even one phone call from him. In the meantime, I check the Generac website and he is not listed as an authorized Generac service provider. I have contacted another local electrical company who is listed on the Generac site and will do all my future generator business with them, who were VERY responsive. I will never do business with Dwelley Electric again.

He came to do the work promptly, wasn't very pleasant but did the work, got paid and left. That's all I asked of him! One month later the light he installed quit working. I called to ask for suggestions. I know nothing about sensor lights so I left a message asking him if he could give me some suggestions as to what I should do/look for to correct the problem. He didn't return my call. I called again the following week, he didn't return my call. I tried once more then asked my friend to contact him. My friend left 7 messages and still hasn't gotten a return call. These messages were left over a 3 week period. I finally posted on social media how unhappy I was and got a phone call immediately, being very unprofessional and screaming that I was being unreasonable. I told him not to come back. After the phone call, I don't feel comfortable having him at my house. I've asked another electrician to check it for me.
Description of Work: Installed new sensor light on barn, replaced another one on barn and replaced ceiling fan in house.
