This went very well. I worked with Janice Singleton -- she is experienced, has good judgement about the real estate market, and guided us well. It was a somewhat difficult situation since there were three owners (my two brothers and I) making decisions, and we have very different decision-making styles. Janice navigated the situation with aplomb. She kept me well informed along the way. We sold the house at full asking price in about a week. This may have been partly good luck -- there were no similar houses on the market in this immediate area at that particular time, and there was an interested buyer. But partly, too, it was Janice's work that made that happen because she gave good advice about preparing the house to sell, priced it just high enough, navigated through several competing offers and pulled the best offer through. The closing went smoothly, despite the complications of three owners in three states. She is a real pro and I recommend her highly.
