masonry, chimney caps
+ 0 moreGreat! Greg seems to take pride in his work. He gave a solid estimate- though the price was more than I expected. I did get other quotes, and others did not seem to be as thorough in their approach as Greg, and I wanted to make sure it was done right, and that I wasn't dealing with leaks again in 5 years. He was very conscientious about keeping the area clean. He did a great job!
Description of Work: Greg replaced about 4-6 courses of deteriorating brick, and recapped the chimney, as well as covering the whole top of the chimney with a stainless steel cap. I have had severe water issues in my house due to cracks and failure of the chimney cap. Greg did an excellent job. Haven't had heavy rain yet, but I'm sure this new cap will keep all water out.

+ 0 moreHe assessed the problem, special ordered a cap for our large chimney, installed very quickly. Cap has worked perfectly, no longer any leaking from chimney.
