Description of Work: Despite this guys efforts we never were able to arrange a time. Primarily, it was my fault not his. We tried on several different days. I believe my schedule was simply too tight. He was willing to come about 30 miles to re-key the house I bought. I found him reasonable as far as price and he always returned my calls. I have no complaints.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith arrived a half hour late. Fortunately my husband was home, otherwise I could not have stayed home from work to complete the job. I felt the price was fair, there were no bargains here. The keys work well, so I feel it was a susccessful project.
Description of Work: I had the locks changed on two doors and had a lock installed on my door to the garage.

Description of Work: Virtually every external lock for doors and storm doors in this 20 year old house malfunctioned. I had all replaced. They did fine job, quickly and efficiently. All work beautifully now. I'm delighted with the work. Well wortht the price.

+ -1 moreI called to make an appointment to have our new house's locks rekeyed. They were able to come over within the hour! I appreciated that when I asked to have the locks replaced, they advised that I only needed the locks "rekeyed" (which is much less expensive). They oiled a sticky lock and also gave a bonus free key. Excellent service!
