Lampron repeatedly double charged our credit card and only fixed the problem when I would call them. Despite my many complaints, this happened 3 months in a row, so I decided to cancel the automatic refill, which in my mind was my way of severing ties with the company. Despite an email confirmation of this, Lampron still delivered fuel the next month and issued us a bill. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism makes me worry about the accuracy of every transaction. I would not recommend their service.

This client is 100% correct in his report that he contacted us three times to ensure his card only ran once. He is also correct in his observation that he requested automatic delivery be terminated. Our employees did respond quickly each time he called to advise his credit card was charged twice. One of our employees did advise him they had terminated his automatic delivery in our computer system however failed to do so. We are very sorry for the frustration we have caused the client, this was never our intention. Fortunately the client’s experience is the exception not the norm for our customers. I personally called him to advise him we are very sorry for the troubles we have caused him. I further explained to him to make matters right he would not owe us anything for this delivery and we would cover the cost of the fuel we delivered to him. We get 100 gallons at a time. We use oil for hot water and our back up stove. They are fine. I think they were recently taken over by another company. The people who take my orders over the phone are very nice. They have a schedule. They say we are good until a certain date. They tell us that we can use a few gallons of K-1 till the oil arrives. They deliver it on time usually. I have had one bad experience with the delivery guy, though. Everybody else has been fine. Their price is competitive.
