Outstanding! We could not be more pleased with the service techs and office staff of Collins Plumbing in Bridgton.

Collins came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. Shawn and Eric were able to stop by our house within a hour of speaking with Sam over the phone about what we were looking for. I upgraded all valves to quarter-turn ones so much easier and quicker to turn off water, as recommended by Shawn and Evan. Couldn't be happier with how quickly they were able to come to the house and the work performed. They even replaced a flow valve that was not working properly. Highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs!

Evaluation was excellent understood what i was trying to accomplish. Scheduling for work was flexible. Would hire again.

The whole experience was positive from scheduling with Heidi, Keith and Russell arriving on time, Keith explaining options, and, of course, completing the work. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Effective communications throughout. I high recommend this team!

Just moved back to Bridgton and bought my first house. When we moved in, the previous owner had an electric tankless water heater and a week after we moved in it crapped out. I called 3 other plumbers and Collins were the friendliest and we're able to get us in next day. The plumber was extremely polite, punctual, and quick! I can't recommend them enough and I will be calling again for a few other projects I'll need help with. Thanks Collins!!

Great! Collins showed up only a day after calling and quickly fixed the stuck shower. The other issue required more troubleshooting, but the tech, Keith, really knew what he was doing and had the tools and supplies at hand to fix the problem. He did all this while being pleasant and responsive to our myriad of questions.

Mike was very professional and responsive. The work was done in a timely manner and he communicated the cost and timing of the project very well. There was a minor mis-communication about what work was being done, and he immediately responded, came back to the house and finished the remaining work, at cost only. His office staff was also very personable and professional.

Arrived on time, installed toilet professionally, left no trace behind.

We called and explained our problem and that we were not sure of the cause. They sent a tech right out, figured the issue and resolved. We were happy as well as our tenants. We work with Collins both personal and professional and would highly recommend. If someone calls in need of a plumber, we will always give their number. We do water Damage work for a living and are frequently in need or their services. Always prompt, professional and reliable.

They were very responsive, arrived on time and did a very professional job. Would definitely go back to them.

While we recognize that this was a minor job (all we needed was a valve changed), and we are located about 25 minutes away, professionalism would seem to dictate that you TELL your potential customer yes or no. And, if no, provide some sort of reason. Instead, we placed multiple phone calls, at different times, on different days, in an attempt to elicit a response. When no response was forthcoming, WE took the initiative to call THEM and inform the business that we would NOT be using their services, a courtesy not afforded us.

We had been through 6 plumbers before we found Mike and his team at Collins. We wouldn't use anyone else. We have two houses that Collins where does all the plumbing. Whether it is a big job or a small job, they are prompt, efficient and neat. Their work is superior. This job was no exception. The work was amazingly neat and Mike handled everything including the permit and inspection. Scott, the plumber, was able to add the plumbing with very little impact on the footprint of our 130 year old house.

Prior to call Collin's Plumbing, we had used three or four other plumbers but were not happy with any of them. We tried Collin's on the recommendation of a neighbor and have been totally satisfied. We just completed work on avacation rental property, with Collin's doing much work including installing a antiscald valve, dishwasher, and faucets. Then, the week before a renter was coming the water heater broke. Mike needed time to order the parts, but said, " We'll make it happen" and he did. After the renters were in, the kitchen faucet went. We tried to fix it, but could not. Collins immediately sent a plumber who installed a new faucet that was good for a camp and saved us money. Both plumbers Scott and Ben have been to our house and are professional and neat. For instance, I told them to leave some dirt on the bathroom floor, but Ben insisted on cleaning it.

The job went great. Their personableness stands out. I have no complaints about their level of professionalism. They were very nice and professional.

I called 6 different plumbers in total on a Monday morning. 2 did not service my area. 1 called back after I had already scheduled Collins to do the job. 2 never called back. Collins was actually the only one out of 6 that answered the phone with a real person when I called. Scott arrived 2 hours later and did a great job.
