+ -1 moreNot only did they arrive on a frigid Saturday at the earliest time estimated but they had no prior relationship with me and every other company I had called would not even talk to me if I didn't have an account. When they arrived they were friendly and polite and offered additional information regarding my heating system efficiency with no potential gain for themselves.
Description of Work: The actual service was a simple bleeding the fuel line to get my furnace started.
