+ -1 moreThey were really nice and knowledgeable. They were a little on the pricey side but after I paid for the initial consult, they will provide all sorts of follow up and feedback for free. I am very pleased with them. They charged $225 for 1 1/2 hours which included the drive over. Other than that, I was very pleased with them. The deals in the store are good but the actual visit was kind of expensive.
Description of Work: I used Sandollar Spa & Pool for pool service. It included getting the pool ready.

Description of Work: Replacement of a broken split ring collar on a HotSpring spa. The distance from their shop to my home is about 200 miles, and they ensured that they scheduled my service (within a week) on a day on which they could prorate the travel fee among other customers in my area. Service manager was very helpful on the phone, and the service was delivered quickly and very professionally. The service manager ensured that I had an extra collar in case the problem occurred again, since it was a relatively simple operation. Prior to the service, I purchased the hot tub in October 2011. Outstanding service and great customer care since.
