They did a a good job, and I was very pleased with the end result, however they had to come back two times in order to make it so. Once to bring the correct size of back splash and a second piece of granite for a section by my stove ( I will admit at my request for that), and a second time to repair the seam. My biggest disappointment has been their lack of professionalism and responsiveness to a problem I have been having with water stains and it has only been a month since the light colored granite has been installed and sealed by them. I spoke with Jeremy three days after leaving him a message and he said he would be out the next day to remove the stain and reseal the granite He never showed or called. I contacted Premier Granite and left a message with one of his workers the next day and called two or three times later that afternoon only to have no one pick up or return my calls. It is now several days later and I have had no response or action from Premier Granite or Jeremy. I feel that when you are a paying customer they are more than willing to make things right - but after you are "off their radar" so to speak, they couldn't care less about you. For the amount of money I spent on my granite you would think they would want to make things right!
