Very well. Joe is extremely polite and easy to talk with. He is one who goes out if his way to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied. He really goes above and beyond the call of duty.. seems to have a real passion for what he does and really cares about the concerns of his customers. I would recommend his company and will definitely use his service again if need be.... hopefully I won't need him ever again!! 😁 Nothing personal Joe but you know what I mean!! 😬

My experience with the guys from Maine Pest has been nothing short of exceptional. They are friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. They have always shown up when and where they were needed and taken care of my issues in a timely manner. I have used them not only professionally as a landlord, but in my personal residence as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pest removal.

Ever since Maine pest Solutions started the preventative bedbug treatments, we have had no infestations/outbreaks. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient yet thorough, and courteous. They take the time to explain any plans of actions or if something needs to be changed at the property. They also make time if you have any questions concerning a possible bed bug issue. I have first hand experience with that. One of the staff at my property brought a bug to my attention and we all thought it was a bed bug. We called Maine Pest Solutions and we were told that someone would be over that day to look at what we had. Not only was the team member from MPS here that day, but he came within 2 hours of my phone call. They really do care about their clients as well as their prospective jobs within their company. I can't say enough positive about MPS. I highly recommend them and if you are in need of their services, you would be daft not to call them.

Eric provides monthly services. He always shows up on time and has provided ongoing services to prevent problems. We are very happy with the service and have been with Maine Pest for a few years.

Responded and did work the same day! I had intended that morning to take it on with a can of black flag after seeing yellow jackets crawling in and out between the boards of the deck. After going under the deck and seeing the nest, it was the size of a football, I called. Hornets totally gone within 24 hours and I could get to work. Knowledgable and courteous. He noted carpenter ants in the vicinity and told me for what to be on the look out. Would definitely use again.

Since it's not a service they frequently provide, and they are very busy with their core business (bugs), he met with us, sold us (for a very good price) the materials to take care of the problem ourselves (traps and poison), and told us exactly how to use them. He would have actually done the work if we had wanted him to, but this saved us quite a bit of money. It was such a good deal I felt bad about it. This is a great, honest company, and I plan to call them again in the spring when the hornets descend!

He is a lovely man. He did a beautiful job and I would call him back. He didn't charge me for the work. I was very infirm at that time and he was concerned about it. He redid it and redid it, until he got rid of it. He was a sweet man.
