+ -1 moreJosh went and viewed the work that was needed to be done. He then supplied 3 suggestions, varying in cost, that he would be able to do. He spent a large amount of time thoroughly explaining his thoughts to my mother and which one he recommended. Josh provided diagrams along with his 3 estimates. Josh then also had the task of explaining everything to my 2 brothers and work with their suggestions. He was patient, polite, professional and never appeared to be in a hurry. Unfortunately, my mother then got sick and the project was shelved.
Description of Work: Josh drove over an hour to give my mother an esttmate for a new retaining wall.
