+ -1 moreThey cracked a tile during installation and didn't fix it as they said they would try to do. They told me to call them after I had found a replacement tile; after I found one, I called, as I was told to do, and left a message on their cell phone voicemail. I never heard anything back. I get irritated now every time I see the tile.

+ -1 moreThe work overall was ok, except for some minor damage that was left behind. I would have given them an "A" if it weren't for the damage and, if they had returned my call about fixing the damage.
Description of Work: A tiled shower was re-grouted.
