She lives nearby and constantly kept leaving to get tools she needed to do the work. She needed to cut a hole in the wall and was unable to do so as she wasn't strong enough. My husband did this work so she could finish the job.

Peggy arrived right on time. Peggy answered all questions, went over in detail everything she was going to do and check for. Very knowledgable, worked with water utilities person in a very cooperative manner. Very good on explaining all of the procedures she had to do and how the plumbing was performing. Reassuring personality.
