Bryan did a fabulous job replacing my roof. His team did the whole job in one day. They stripped the roof in 2 hours, replaced with certain-teed shingles, and cleaned up all the old roofing. Bryan cost was the least of all 5 roof estimates. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew.

Bryan is not just a roofer he is a carpenter which turned out to be a great advantage when we encountered some wood damage to the roof. Bryan was able to do everything: roof work, carpentry, install a ventilation system, re lead the chimney and remove a skylight. Bryan is a roof savant, great knowledge and experience and he is able to come up with great solutions. He found a cost-effective way to deal with some low pitch / flat roof situations. He and his crew were excellent and worked efficiently to complete the whole job in one very long day. Bryan was very responsive; he provided an estimate in less than a day and he answered all communications immediately (within seconds). He is a very pleasant person to work with, a great attitude, personality and can do spirit. His bid was competitive and used top notch materials. This was the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor and would strongly recommend using Midcoast Carpentry & Roofing INC.
