Ty was terrific! Came to Portland quickly to diagnose and fix a broken steam boiler in the middle of winter. Very knowledgable and took the time to explain about the boiler and radiators in a house we just bought. I will definitely be calling again for regular maintenance and if anything else goes wrong!

Ty was very quick to respond to a furnace out issue for my elderly neighbor on Christmas Eve day. Thanks to him she will be able to enjoy having her family over for a party this evening. Ty was great and explained everything that was going on, and is very personable. Simply a nice guy. His bill was more than reasonable! He is now my furnace pro and I suspect some of my neighbors as well.

Dont hire him Dont let him near your boiler/ furnace ! I wanted a cleaning, he estimated 250 and charged 800 after breaking to parts during the cleaning Your stuck as he has you with no heat as he holes you up with no heat Hire a legitimate company so you can call the company and get results This was the worse experience

I recieved a call promptly from them the owner answered all my questions and explained what the issue probably was and instructed me what to change and it worked. He not only helped he stated that if it didn’t work he would be available on Friday to repair it and followed up on Friday. Very professional and would highly recommend. Cam Edgecomb

He is very reasonable. He arrived in time, explained what work he did and what else was needed. My basement is very hard to work in. He did a great job. Very professional. I will use him for my furnace service from now on.

Ty was a pleasure to do business with: very professional, very knowledgeable, years of experience, prompt, neat and clean--all at a reasonable price. Courteous and friendly too. My highest rating. The work involved was oil burner furnace service and repair and installation of new exhaust stack, plus all over checking of the system.
