Rich did an outstanding job! He was one of many people who called me to inquire about the job but he immediately struck me as someone I could trust and answered every question thoroughly. He drove an hour to meet me and look at what I needed for the job making sure he had brochures I could look at for new doors. He made several suggestions to ensure I had quality doors for the money which made a big difference on the overall cost of the project. He asked me to come look at the work several times over the two days to make sure I was happy with the project. He discovered significant rot above one door in the windows over the garage. He figured out a way to save the window and avoid a huge additional cost to me which was greatly appreciated. He made sure he didn’t block our access to the house at any time and when the work was complete he asked many times if I was happy with the outcome. Earlier, I had pointed out a spot where wood was exposed during the project and again he immediately figured a way to make the trim looked nice and covered the area to prevent future rot. My sincere thanks to Rich and I definitely would call him again for future work. His experience saved me several headaches and obviously kept the project on budget. My sincere thanks!

Perfect solution for unbalanced door opening and closing...it works fine.. He also sprayed silicone on tracks and consulted about possible solutions for the rubber seal at base.

Rich a great to deal with. From the first phone call to set up an estimate to confirmation of installation date and time, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Once installed, Rick explained what was done, how to use remote and explained that I should call of I had any questions or concerns. Over all great guy to deal with.
