Roy and his team did a great job! They are professional, timely, thorough, and have an eye for detail. We bought a house that had a butchered, antiquated electrical system that was unsafe and chaotic. Roy and his team stepped in and not only sorted out the mess but put in its place a state-of-the-art electrical system that has been greatly simplified, and made safe and convenient (Roy spent time walking through the house with me talking through placement of switches and other features that ensured we had light in all the right places and flows perfectly with day-to-day use). He was awesome

Roy came out to review our project needs (lots of small projects). He was on-time, courteous, respectful of COVID-19 issues, and very pleasant to work with. 5 days later two men (John and Tony) showed up to do the work. They worked hard for 2 days, were very pleasant, did great work, cleaned up beautifully, and offered many suggestions to do things a bit differently (and better!). The electrician was easy to get a hold of. He explained what he was doing, the cause, and recommendations. The price was was extremely reasonable and affordable. Felt he was honest and great person to work with!

RGS Electric replaced a broken security motion light. Happy with the work and would definitely hire them again. Roy is very good at keeping in touch with the customer.

First, at the beginning of the summer season in a tourist town, they were able to fit me in two business days from my call. The issue was complex and after a lot of diagnostics, they determined that a wire had to be installed from the outlet to the ceiling light, replacing one that had failed. I imagined a mess and that I'd have to spend time patching and painting. 30 minutes later, I had a new wire, new box in my ceiling (which actually supported the modern light fixture, and they had cleaned up and put everything back. They found a novel way to get into the ceiling (behind a vent hood) so that you'd never know they were there. My second time with RGS and a second win - reasonable pricing, fast, efficient, and informative.

I was waiting for a utility pole and service to be installed. Roy will put in a temp service when CMP completes the job. Roy hasn't done the work yet but he came out to the jobsite when I called him. I recommended him to my sister in Old Orchard .He did some work for her and they are very satisfied with the work and service.
