They did a great job. Roy's employees were very courteous and took their time to do the job right. The light/fan unit that Roy suggested is very quiet and efficient. They even painted my exhaust cap to match the color of my condo.

I very very please with RGS. The quote was more than fair and he was very helpful on solving a few problems in our list of projects. Everything was done on time and he even came out on Saturday to finish the job. I have only one complaint. When he a installed the light fixture my bedroom, the latter had oil on its footings. I'm still trying to get it out cream colored rug.

Roy, whom I believe is the company owner, contacted me almost immediately after I posted the request for services to Home Advisor. He was thorough in assessing our needs, offered a very reasonable quote, and was 100% willing to work with us to schedule a time/date convenient for our tenants. The electrician John, was very friendly, courteous to all tenants, efficient, and cleaned up all materials after the job was complete. I also had forgotten to mention an area of the house that needed addressed, this required someone to return to the job site. The work was completed within a few days of the notification and without any fuss whatsoever. RGS will be our go-to on all future electrical work!
