They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry. In and out within a few hours. I have yet to receive a bill, so I can't tell you more about the costs.

This electrician is terrific!~ He responds immediately to all your questions or concerns and explains in great detail the work that is being done ! There is no reason to look any further if you want quality work at a reasonable price and a fast turn around time.

Very please with the work done by RGS but I haven't received the bill yet so I can't speak to whether it was a good value.

They completed the job in one day except the existing underground conduit was frozen and they can't complete the project until the ground thaws.

He didn’t keep me informed when there were problems. My family and I were staying in a hotel 45 minutes away due to a storm dropping a tree on a power line and ripping the wires off the house. There was damage to the peak of the house that a contractor needed to repair. He knew the house damage that had not been fixed yet. He set up an appointment to evaluate the situation and never reattached the wires because the house repair was not completed. He never told me. Another contractor was there who informed me about the electrician leaving before the job was completed. I was checking on the house the next day and he was there. I told him to call me when it was completed—he didn’t. I had to call him that night to verify it was done.

Excellent service! We were in a jam 4th of July wknd. He made an extra trip to our house to make sure we had electricity for the wknd, before enjoying his own holiday wknd!

Updated: The problem was resolved since the below post. He said they were straight out busy. He was apologetic. Roy came to the house for an outside outlet. He checked them and they were fine. Since he was here, I asked him to change out an Arch Fault breaker, as the one I have keeps tripping. The one he installed trips even more(can't even run an AC unit by itself) . The problem currently is that I called him/texted him to replace the breaker he installed, and he has took quite awhile to return my call(s) and was supposed to come and replace it. He has not to date and it has been close to three weeks. I can't even run a game console and my TV at the same time. Frustrating to be disregarded even after you try to get a response.

Roy was professional and arrived on time. He performed the work efficiently and well. This is minor but I did pay him by check immediately after the work was done and asked that he text me a photo of the invoice for my records. Texted him as a reminder on the same day and included my email address but have yet to get anything now a week later. May use him again but need to ask him how he invoices for his work.
