Work was okay, however the detail of that was not the best. There were damages on the edge of my garage that looks like they bumped into it. They told me that they were going to dig out a little bit of the lawn along the driveway, but what I found was way more than what they originally told me. They dumped the extra dirt on my lawn to build my driveway. When I started to get rid of the dirt, it was 13 wheelbarrow of dirt. They also dumped extra dirt on my neighbors property which they admitted to but still haven't cleaned up. I have called and left them messages and there was no return calls. He came once after the job was done and told me that he will come back and clean it up but I haven't heard from him since. My neighbors called them as well and he hung up on my neighbor. Right now I really don't know what is going on, I'm cleaning my mess and my neighbor is talking to the sheriff department.

Mr. Temor agreed to have his team do the work the next week. I never got the before photos, but he did send a few after shots that looked ok but had little detail. I called my tenant and asked her how the work looked. She said the driveway looked ok but it had not been sealcoated. She also said you could clearly see the difference in height and composition between the front of the driveway, which was not repaired, and the rear, which was excavated and replaced. I had been clear to Mr. Temor that when the work was done I wanted the driveway to look seamless and be sealed throughout. My tenant also informed me that she found two of the workers urinating on the property while they were working. I told Mr. Temor about the problems. He said he would fire workers involved but that he could not sealcoat the driveway to make it look seamless. He claimed that he never agreed to do that work and that it would have to be done next year anyway. I paid him half the agreed amount in an attempt to force him to live up to the bargain we made. Mr. Temor then sent me several threatening emails, called my boss and complained about me, and intimidated my tenant. In an effort to get rid of him I paid him the second half of the $2400 but I was very disappointed with the entire experience and would never use him again for anything. Very disappointing to find someone so unprofessional on Angies List.

Ronnie is great! I have been using these guys for years and they are friendly, on time and they stand by their work, no questions asked! I would definitely recommend using them, you wont be disappointed.

It was a great price. We had our driveway covered with asphalt because the existing driveway was salvageable. The digout would have been double the expense. He suggested the best option instead of asking for tons more money to do something unnecessary. We have clay under our driveway which made replacing the driveway a much bigger job so Roney covered it with asphalt and leveled it. This last winter we had trouble shoveling / snow blowing the driveway because there were so many bumps. It is much better now. We have had interest from the neighbors about who are now looking for a paver. We would highly recommend Roney and Pro Paving and Sealcoating Plus.

great .roney was very professional and polite he wasn't pushy he gave us multiple options for our driveway project. he explained about the products he uses . purpose of sealer and crack filler , was to get a longer life out of our driveway he offered to sealcoat not to pave yet .. he explained our driveway could be saved so our expense was much more reasonable to sealcoat and crack fill than to pave at this point .that showed me he wasn't all about money he was honest with me and his estmate never changed . he was on time completed his work , left our yard clean .and did a great job looks great I wasn't disappointed. he said feel free to call him anytime I recommend him .
