+ -1 moreeasy peasy. i brought the window sash in and they measured it up. within a week they had the glass in house and called me promptly for an appointment. brought the window sash back and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace the glass. and they taught me the proper lingo! also of note: they do repairs at your locale for an additional charge. beautiful new show room. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

+ 0 moreI would recommend Portland Glass of Biddeford Company. They did an excellent job. The salesman that came out first was very knowledgeable. He really liked his job. He got me excited about windows. Then they had to again come out to do some more work. It was done very well and I thought their price was good.My whole interaction, right from the first phone call, their attitude to their professional behavior, was good. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Portland Glass of Biddeford Company about a couple of weeks ago. I bought glass windows from them which they installed for me. They last did work in September or October, and they are actually coming back again in another week, to do some work.
