Nick and the team were top notch professionals. They responded within a day, arrived early the next morning, and completed the work, including immaculate clean-up, the next day. Nick was easy to deal with, gave a thorough inspection, and explained what needed to be done. A five star performance. I would definitely use them again.

We ran in to a small problem. It was raining when they were moving the tree cuttings. Their small tractor got stuck in the mud and getting it out rip up the lawn. Nick said that he would come back in the spring to correct the problem. If that happens as promised, my rating will go to a 5.

On time explained job thoroughly during consult and again before starting, provided advice, worked safely, cleaned up nicely...all as agreed.

NPC 3 Services came out to cut our trees, and we had a lot of trees that needed trimming. I spoke a lot with the owner, Nick, about his company, his views on customer service, and how he runs his business. I can honestly say that Nick stands behind his word. We had a miscommunication, and when he called back to make sure everything was o.k., I said yes, but there were a few missed branches and logs left, but I would just move them. He INSISTED on coming all the way back, saying if I wasn't satisfied then it wasn't a job well done, and that is the only job he ever wants to do. He communicated with me until he could come back, took care of everything, and made sure I was happy. In terms of Nick's crew climbing(!) up our high trees and hacking off dead branches, the difference in our yard this year is amazing! There are far less sticks and branches on our lawn from dying limbs. I used to pick up rotten branch pieces all the time, and this year, I haven't picked up one. They really got the limbs that needed trimming. Overall, I can't recommend this company enough. As I see it, a customer relationship with a small business is important, and Nick stands by his work 100%.

Above and beyond. They did the little extra that another company would not do. Great attitude , even in very hot conditions. Pleasant guys to deal with. They should have charged me more. And the clean at the end with the rakes and blowers made the job look beautiful. I hired them for 2 days instead of just a day.
