Couldn't be more pleased. A very large oak up against the house was brought down without an incident. Very professional crew that got the job done on time, on budget and excellent clean up. They even raked up the dang acorns! We will use them again next year for more removal and annual clean up. Thanks Lee and Team.

The tree came down with some damage to adjacent trees, but overall cutting the tree down was standard. The cutting up and removal of the tree is when they run into trouble, they cut the wood into 10-12 foot sections, some had to weigh a ton or two. They lifted the heavy wood and drove all over the front lawn with the heavy load making rut and divots in the lawn, it was not necessary to drive all over the front lawn. It was also, not necessary to cut up the tree in the front yard dropping limbs and branches on the flowers and shrubs(one of the shrubs was planted to commemorate a child, very sad to see damage to it). While transporting the tree to the front yard, they managed to destroy another shrub that was next to their path and ripped the phone line off the house. There was no reduced cost for any of the destruction. The tree removal was 1000 dollars, fixing the landscaping will be another 500 dollars, plus what the phone company charges to fix wires. If i had to do it again, i would leave the tree, not worth all the trouble they caused.

The project was completed as promised, when promised. 4 days earlier we had a major wind storm that knocked out power to most of the state. Lee still kept his commitment to my small job, even though he had lots of storm related work to do. Lee took 2 large trees down for me 4 years earlier and will be back in the Spring to remove more trees surrounding my house.

I was very pleased to have chosen Jackson's Tree Service to clear my property. Lee and his men completed an honest day's work at a very fair price, a good deal lower than I anticipated. They arrived on time, and Lee reviewed with me what was to be cut and cleared and also told me which trees could be saved and those he could trim. As a licensed and insured arborist, I trusted his advice about clearing the area so as to still look aesthetically pleasing and not stripped. Lee listened to what I wanted and didn't want, and also checked with me a couple times to be sure he was doing the work I needed done. For example, he suggested some just needed to be trimmed, not take down the entire tree. The three hard working men worked 6 hours, without a break and ate as they worked; a work ethic that is unmatched. The men cleared all small branches and brush off the property and were caring enough to saw stove length logs that were good for my fireplace and also put them in one pile. An unoccupied birdhouse was saved from a tree and set near the house. The yard was cleared and "picked up". Jackson's Tree Service is a professional tree service providing prompt, courteous and complete tree work including raking and sweeping the street around the chipper. Phone calls and emails are responded to quickly. I will hire Jackson's Tree Service again and have only the highest praise and compliments for this local small business. A+ Superior!

Lee jackson and his crew showed up as scheduled. Trimmed and cut all branches and cleaned up all debris. Very professional, careful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service provided and the results were excellent.

Jackson tree did an excellent job on my 16 unit apartment building and all the trees surrounding it. Since it was summer, it did take a few weeks to schedule the appointment but the service was excellent. Great communication. The supervisor even contacted me during the job to see if I needed any additional work completed while his crew was on site. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Leon promptly came to estimate the work. We were not home and we talked through the work over the phone while he was at the set. He promptly set a price that we accepted. His office promptly called to confirm a date. We were not home when the work was done. A large stack of reasonable length pieces of maple for firewood was all that remained when we got home. The area was cleaned of debris and the wood was nicely stacked off to the side. This was easy and simple for us to transact. We never met with Leon and he did exactly what we wanted and were expecting. It is how all transactions of this sort should happen.

They were very good. They got right back to me. They were able to schedule it a couple of days later.

It went well and they will return in two years to be sure a new leader has emerged. It went smoothly.

Each time I've hired Jackson's Tree Service, Lee has come to my home to review the work to be done and provide an estimate. I've appreciated that he is willing to come in the evening so I don't have to take time off from work. He is very pleasant and professional and has also helped me ID some trees on my property that I wasn't having trimmed. Both times he has given me an estimate on the spot. He seems to be very busy, scheduling jobs a few weeks out, but has actually gotten to my jobs sooner than he'd estimated both times. The day before he comes out, his office calls to inform me and make sure it is okay. I've never been there when he's done the work and besides the trimmed trees, there has never been any sign he was there - he and his crew clean up very well. I've recommended him to neighbors and co-workers without hesitation.

Jackson's is a great tree service. I hesitate to endorse them because I want to keep the secret for myself. This is the second time I have used them, and I will be happy to call them again this spring for a couple more tree removals. It is nice to find honest hardworking people these days.

Had a tree that was falling toward the house. Called Jackson's Tree Service to see if they could come and fall it away from the house. Showed up 30-40 minutes later and dropped the tree perfectly away from the house! Asked him to look at seven other trees leaning toward the house that I wasn't able to tackle myself. Gave me a quote and time for the following week. Showed up on time (2 guys), dropped the trees perfectly (again!) and charged same as quote. Used my own chainsaw to take care of the trees afterwards.

I cannot recommend Jackson's Tree Service more highly. They are extremely reasonable, dependable and honest. After a horrible experience with another tree service taking our money and never finishing the job, Leon came to our rescue. He committed to a date and we received a confirmation call the night before. The first tree service required 50% down payment. Leon did not require any down payment. He said we should pay him when the job was complete. Our yard was left in excellent condition. If you are smart, you will use Jackson's tree service.

Leon came at specified time to discuss our needs a month in advance. Price and date were agreed upon and followed up with written quote. We received a reminder call one day in advance of scheduled work. Leon arrived on-time with his crew of two and reviewed what we wanted done. They chopped, cut, trimmed, topped, and removed branches of living trees/bushes and that of old dead trees that were impeding our view. They were more than happy to cut or trim additional limbs at our request as their work progressed. Leon checked at the end to make sure that the job was completed to our liking. We appreciated their friendly manner and their work professionalism. We expect to use their services again and would not hesitate to refer them to others.

I was very pleased with them. They were excellent. They came when they said they would and cleaned up completely after themselves. They did exactly what we had talked about. I even recommended them to my neighbor a week ago, and they are also very pleased with him. I had got quotes from several other companies and Jackson's Tree Service also quoted me almost the same. They called us back after they finished the job to know how we felt. They were very professional from beginning to end.
