Description of Work: I did not actually use the service, in terms of payment. I had Jackson's come out to make an observation about a tree I was concerned about. The owner, I am sorry I do not remember his name, came out to look at the tree as he was driving north for a family emergency. (Non critical) But the fact that he made the time to come in person, spent the time and detailed his explanation was invaluable.
