What it started off was to replace the counter tops and then it went form there and grew into a project we did do in the kitchen. It involves things like the countertop itself. We had a quartz countertops put in and it order to have that put in we had to have somebody come in that’s part of the crew doing the work and would laser their measure exactly because it’s a quartz, like a rock. So you can’t just come in and trim it like a board, it’s gotta come in exactly correct. That is what we started with and as we go along all these other stuff kept adding in so we were dealing initially with Home Depot and then when it came to other people that we needed, Home Depot was of no help what so ever. They wouldn’t even give us a recommendation of an electrician for example. I told them you guys are the ones in the business and I expect that as simple question to be able to answer. We weren’t giving the information that we needed in order to properly account for this. We went to Angie’s and the Yellow Pages and that was ridiculous. That’s what I told Home Depot, you are the ones who know what is required and you can tell us from upfront because we don’t have the information and I had a long discussion went the store manager about all of that and he tried to explain away why they can’t do that. Initially we through us were getting the best price. We went in at the end of April and the dates kept shifting and when we could coordinate anything with the plumbers and the electrician etc and by then we had decided that we weren’t going to do the tile with them. As the project went on we got less and less impressed with them. Originally the day was supposed to be in the first part of May and however it ended up being on a very short notice at the end of May and as a result of that all the other problems we had started occur. I do feel that they charged more that was necessarily.
