Fish Window Cleaning

The workers were excellent, but I had to point things out to them as they went along. Had to point out lots of wet streaks from the squeegee. They didn't dry under the ledge of the outside part of the window. There were large drops hanging off the ledge and they told me they never dry that part. They did correct that. I also had to point out to them that the edges around the glass were still dirty. They were here on a cloudy day. Now that it's sunny, the streaks are really showing. They did leave a complimentary can of window spray which I used to clean the inside of my car windows. That worked very well.

The crew who showed up comprised of one veteran of the company and a new employee. They had their work cut out for them. It was easy to miss a window here and there, and the screens were not all reinstalled correctly. But the siding was power-washed well, and the window/screen problems were remedied upon return to the job site. All windows crystal-clear now, and the screens are all secure. I got a follow-up call from Dean making sure that we were all set. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

The Fish Window crew were very professional, quick, meticulous, and performed an excellent job. Windows look better than when brand new. I would highly recommend them. Now that we found them (thanks to Angies' List), we will use them again annually for our deep cleaning.

I would highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning. They were prompt, courteous, and I really liked the cleaning crew…very personable and they did a great job. They had anticipated only spending one day here, but some of my windows needed a specialized treatment to get clean and they squeezed me into a Saturday to ensure the work got done before an special event at my home. I really appreciated their efforts and the quality of work. My windows have never looked better!

My wife was very pleased and she is the final word on the matter. The only hitch was that the weather did not cooperate on the original day picked for the service. However, the next available day that my wife could be home worked for all and the end result was very good.

On time. Very professional, polite, clean workers. Broke a storm window by accident but it was repaired, delivered and installed two days later. Even gave us professional grade window cleaner to use in the future. My windows have never looked this good. Definitely will use them again and again!

Very professional. Responded promptly, came promptly to give estimate. The windows were done right on schedule, and they look beautiful.

From the call to the office until the job was done everything went extremely well. They also were very flexible with their time frame. I had requested that they do my daughter's windows on rather short notice and they were very helpful and willing to meet my needs.

My windows look wonderful, even in the garage! I had some hard to get at windows that hadn't been done in years and Monte got to these with no complaints. In fact he was very personable. He was quick, but very thorough and I can say he did a stellar job. I will definitely call Fish again in the spring and I do recommend this company.

Have used Fish for several years and will continue to do so : they are very responsive, courteous, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Before leaving, they always check their work with us to make sure it is done right. If there is any question, they will do the work over again. This time instead of using the long handled pole washer, our tech even climbed on the roof to wash the outsides of several of the skylights by hand ! We always receive a reminder call the day before the scheduled work, and a courtesy call the day following to make sure we are satisfied with the job. We highly recommend this company !

They do a really good job. I have used them several times. Overall, I rate them highly. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Response to our inquiry was prompt -- we received a return phone call and an estimate for the job less than a day after submitting our email request. The company called a day ahead to confirm the scheduled appointment, and followed through on our request for a phone call a half hour before the cleaner would arrive at our home. He was on time, pleasant and wore protective booties on his shoes in the house. He and the company also accommodated an on-the-spot request to add several more windows to the job (for an additional cost, of course). But somehow the inside of one entire, large window was ignored, and we had to ask for a return visit. The same cleaner came back the next day (after giving us the half-hour notice we requested), was again very pleasant, apologetic for his error the day before, and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. If we could give the ratings for Overall Experience and Quality a B+ or A- instead of B, we would.

They are professional and competent, and are reasonably priced. He was so highly recommended by neighbors. The first time he came here, we were away, and he did our windows inside and out. He took down all the screens, and washed everything. He was very thorough. We gave him access by way of a neighbor. We had no qualms about him being here when we weren't. We were very pleased. I would highly recommend him.

I will grade them an A all across the board.
