Description of Work: Removed broken front door lock and dead bolt. We tried to remove it unsuccessfully. Did a good clean job. We were gone so we gave our credit over the phone and job was completed in 2-3 hours. We didn't know Dupuis at the time but would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Had the locks changed on our new (200 year old) house, as well as some new locks placed on doors that didn't have anything. Greg did the job in a few hours and the quality is really very good. Seemed a tad pricey but this is our first use of a locksmith so I don't have basis for comparison ($550 for four lock changes and one new lock). Would certainly use them again!

+ -1 moreMy overall experience with them was very good. It was not just one single guy that ran around. They were completely knowledgeable about all kinds of locks. They could recondition safes and get new keys for old locks. They were reasonable for the work they did. They had the blank for it and they were able to do it. If I have any lock problems that is tricky, I will not go anywhere else.
Description of Work: I used Dupuis Hardware & Locksmith Inc. to get an electronic key for my car duplicated.
