We recently experienced an amazing, satisfying week with Caron Roofing and Construction. Several leaks in our roof appeared during a month of sometimes heavy rain. I called Justin Caron to come take a look at possible repairs. He came the following day. He recommended total roof replacement, including a rubber membrane covering the nearly flat roof over the two-car garage. Our home was built in 1905 and last re-roofed thirty or forty years ago. It needed replacement, and Justin’s estimate of price was reasonable. Justin made a formal written proposal the next day, and, after discussion, agreement on the work was reached. Necessary materials arrived the following morning, with the roofing work scheduled for the day after. Bang! A little after seven in the morning of the fourth day after my initial call, the work crew arrived, along with every imaginable piece of equipment and tool needed. Netting was placed to protect plants and flowers. Two dumpsters were deployed to collect trash. The 12 person crew worked as a coordinated team, purposely, professionally, and proficiently. By afternoon’s end, the roofing was done. The crew gathered up their equipment, finished removal of all the old roofing, and tidied up the yard. They restored everything to the “as before” condition, except now we had a wonderful new roof. Four days from first call to completed job. Well done!

From start to finish, I was impressed with Justin Caron’s professionalism. He provided a professional estimate, with examples of roofing materials and their quality, and finally, a comprehensive contract. The contract was more than fulfilled to my satisfaction. The crew arrived early in the morning and began work immediately. They quickly removed the old shingles and began re-shingling. The results were beautiful. They were able to complete the work on my ranch house and shed in less than a day. They removed all debris- you wouldn’t have known they had been here, except for my lovely new roofing. I feel secure in knowing I made the right selection in roofers and that my roofing will last for a very long time. I highly recommend Caron Roofing and Construction.

Called Caron Roofing for an estimate and Justin came out and looked at the roof the same day. Sent me an estimate within another day and when I accepted and signed a contract, he scheduled the work to be completed the very next week. He arrived on time with 11 of his own crew and they immediately went to work. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. Within 8 hours start to finish they stripped and completely replaced my roof, and when they left it looked like they had never been there (well except for the beautiful roof). Can't say enough about the whole operation. Best experience I have ever had with any contractor! Justin is fantastic.

I am so impressed with Caron Roofing. They had 15 guys here and my roof was done in less than a day and everything was cleaned up. You can't even tell they were here, except for my beautiful new roof. The price was fair and the work was awesome! I highly recommend Caron and will use them again.

Great. Very professional crew with professional equipment. Arrived at 7:30am and left at 3:45pm. Totally cleaned up, would never have known they were here. Justin and his crew are fun to work with.

Last year (2018) I bought a 120-year-old house with a questionable roof age. Justin and his boys came in between snow storms to make sure that we could finish our purchase. We asked for 100% water/ice shield and for new boards where appropriate. There was a huge rainstorm a month or two later and there was a bit of leaking around the chimney. I called up Justin and he came over right away and jumped onto the roof to check to see what was going on. Turn out the wind was blowing so hard it was pushing the rain into the motor/flashing and leaking. He caulked it all up, good as new and didn't charge me a thing. It's been a year and we've had zero problems!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Caron Roofing and Construction. From getting their estimate and the actual installation. They were prompt in their response to my initial inquiry regarding an estimate. The price was reasonable and I elected to have ice and water shield put on the entire roof rather than just the first two rows which was a little extra money . Justin Caron - the project leader, was very precise and extremely helpful even suggesting what color shingles he thought would look nice on my house. I had no idea what color I should go with, I just knew I didn't want black. I chose "slate" as Justin suggested. All the stock was delivered the day before and One crew member showed up at the house at 7:15 a.m. and the rest were here by 7:20 a.m and began immediatley started stripping all the old shingles off at 7:35 am. There was a crew of about 7 and while some were stripping the exisiting shingles, others on the ground was doing cleanup. These guys really knew what the were doing and how to do it. They all were very friendly and respectful. They all worked very well together as if they had been together for years. Justin said they would have the job done in one day and it was completed in one day. When they were finished I couldn't believe how beautiful the roof was and I was so happy I took Justin's color rcommendation. After they all cleared out, my yard, my porches and deck were spotless (like no one had been there). I got into my car and drove by my house three (3) times just admiring my new roof and appreciating the pleasant memories of the job I was dreading most. No dread, no apprehension, it all was a pure pleasure and great satisfaction. No more worries about shingles blowing off my roof or potential leaks in rain, snow or heavy winds. We already had torrential rains and high winds since the new roof and NO PROBLEMS. I would not hesitate to recommend Caron Roofing and Construction to anyone who was looking to replace or repair their roof. Wonderful Company,

I contacted Justin Caron for a quote on a Thursday and he was able to do the job the following Tuesday. He has a crew of 12-14 employees(not subcontractors) and works right along with them. Justin is very pleasant and knowledgeable and is passionate about roofing. He informed us about a new GAF anti-staining shingle with an extended warranty which we purchased as an upgrade since a streaky stained roof is a pet peave of mine. His price was competitive and the work was exceptional. He has the latest in equipment and was able to complete the job in a little over a day. We would hire Caron Roofing again and highly recommend them.

Work was done quickly, efficiently and the clean up was fantastic. Owners were on sight ensuring job was done correctly. I am very impressed with the level of service and the final outcome of the roof. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone needing roofing services.

He was able to schedule the work for the same day! His worker did most of the work in about three hours and gallantly fought off some yellow jacket hornets that had nested under a loose shingle! Justin help also part of the time and did a small downspout repair for me. He stuck with the estimate and both men were thorough, professional and I enjoyed talking to them. I never expected such fast service for this relatively small job as others I had called were only looking for full roof replacement work, not repairs.

This company was one of the best I have ever hired in all ways (extremely prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and overall a pleasure to deal with. This is a rarity in today's world. Would definitely hire in future if needed.

Awesome service. We recently purchased a home and found that the roof had active leaks and needed a full shingle replacement. We met with Justin on Sat and showed him the roof. Fully understanding issue, Justin arrived the following Wednesday with his crew to replace our roof in a professional and timely manner. Very satisfied with Caron Roofing!

Flawlessly. The contractor showed up with a full crew and had the roof stripped and prepped by the end of the day. They arrived early the next day to complete the job. They cleaned up all debris and were on their way.

Caron provided a good estimate for a reroofing job. However, when we had some follow up questions they pulled the old contractor two-step and stopped returning our messages. I'm not willing to work with a provider who I have to chase down from the get go.

Justin and his crew did a tear off and re-roof of our home in Kennebunk on Wednesday 6/1/2016. I've got nothing but great things to say. Throughout the process (quoting, discussing the work, negotiating price, setting the work date, etc) Justin responded quickly to phone calls, emails, and text messages. He even accommodated a different work date (Wednesday instead of Tuesday) with less than a weeks notice. Justin and crew also agreed to replace some additional trim / fascia board that was outside the scope of what we originally agreed to (I provided the PVC trim material). I was home all day during the job, and did help the crew by tracing / cutting the new trim and passing it up to the crew on the roof. This probably sped things up a bit and allowed the crew to wrap up a bit sooner. I am so pleased to have BOTH the roof and the PVC trim done in the same day. Long story short, the crew banged out my roof (12 square, basic split level with a 12/7 'walkable' pitch, two layers of existing shingles) in just under 5 hours. That's cranking! Their 'Equiptor' roofers buggy (basically a dump trailer on a scissor lift that raises to roof height, allowing the crew to shovel debris right into the hopper) really helps minimize the mess associated with a roof tear off. There was an extra $350 'disposal' charge due to the fact that two layers of shingles needed to be removed (instead of the expected one layer). I would definitely recommend Justin and his crew - great experience!

I think the best think a good contractor can do is exactly what he says and that's what Justin did. He Started the job right when he said he would and finished it when he said he would. He fixed some "surprises" that were left from previous contractors. He and his crew kept the work site clean and continually worked to keep it that way. I would definitely use Caron Roofing & Construction again.

I liked the work but felt I never really got credit for the $159 "special" I bought.

Called 8am to discuss removing snow off my well insulated roof that was piling up. Said they could do it same day. Justin called a couple hours before he was due to arrive and got here on time. He was through and courteous. Job was a little more complicated than what our phone discussion had lead him to believe, and he let me know what he would ordinarily charge, and I honored it based on the great job they did. Took them an hour plus to do it. And it was a windy bone chilling afternoon!
