Called 8am to discuss removing snow off my well insulated roof that was piling up. Said they could do it same day. Justin called a couple hours before he was due to arrive and got here on time. He was through and courteous. Job was a little more complicated than what our phone discussion had lead him to believe, and he let me know what he would ordinarily charge, and I honored it based on the great job they did. Took them an hour plus to do it. And it was a windy bone chilling afternoon!

I purchased a big deal for this service and they are pretty good. They are pretty knowledgeable and honest. I think they were pretty responsive. They came out about three or four weeks after I purchased the deal. There were not any dislikes. I thought they were pretty reasonable.

They're wonderful. They were flexible with their time. They were prompt. I plan on hiring them again.

I was already in the process of getting quotes for the complete replacement and repair of the roof of our house, when I saw this deal. I was thinking that perhaps this would be a good opportunity to get a good price on the repairs needed to get us through this winter before the roof would be replaced in the spring. I bought the coupon & was duly contacted by Mr Caron. We eventually arranged a time for him to take a look at the work, which he did. He said that the deal would cover only one of the two repairs I had requested him look at & that materials would be an additional cost. Subsequently another roofing contractor (even better rated on Angie's List) turned in his quote for the entire roofing job and said that he would include the repairs I needed in his price for the quote. Thus I no longer require the services of Mr Caron & am requesting a refund of $159. Many thanks for your swift attention in this matter.

They were amazing. I left to work and came home and it was done. They were very professional.

I was having hard time on trying to fix it my self I tried different things everything I tried did not work. So I am a member oh Angie's List I called Justin Caron he came over right away gave me an price and I was satisfied with it and ask him when he could do it. And within A day or two my roof was fix and no leaks and also replace a boot on one of the pipe coming up from the roof. I am very please with the work he done for me thank justin

Caron Roofing offered a special for $6499.00 to replace an entire roof which would cover many 2 story homes and a discounted rate if it when over. I was told they would come out to quote on 8/27 and when I followed up they said they didn't make it but would be there on 8/29. I followed up again on 9/2 and was told I would have the quote that day. On 9/3 they contacted me and asked me for my e-mail and they would sent the quote....3 hours later I sent my e-mail again and I received the quote for $9750.00. I wrote back and asked why I didn't receive the special they advertised and I was told my roof went over the amount of squares. One of the other quotes I received told me it was a smaller square footage than a standard 2 story home.

It took a while for me to get in touch with him after purchasing the deal. He first came out to take a look and he told me that various shingles were loose. I had three packages in my garage, so I was able to provide him with the materials and he completed the repairs. He took a look at my vent pipes, found they were cracked, and he replaced them as well. I took quite a while to get the job done, but I think that he did a good job. Because I was away on vacation, he did most of the work while I was away from home. He seems to be a very nice, honest person. I would hire him again if I had a roof problem.

We have cancelled this transaction. It was outside the cost and scope of work offered. The contractor was responsive and provided a detailed proposal.

Very pleased with the entire process. Justin and his team provided excellent, professional removal of old and installation of new roof. The team is well organized and very efficient. I highly recommend Caron Roofing based on my own experience. I will call Justin first for any future projects.

Repaired leaks around two skylights in addition to inspection and small roofing repairs.

Went excellent. I would recommend them. They covered all our plantings and the entire sides of the house in plastic to prevent damage. Checked in with us every step of the way.

The service and report were a good value. We were in the process of selling the home and wanted an expert opinion of the condition of the roof. Even though it never became an issue, we were pleased to have the report in case it did.

Only had one rainstorm while I was there. Seems to be OK after several years of bothersome leaks. Justin was very responsive via emails, and willing to tackle a difficult job. He gave three options at different price ranges. Took photos while inspecting, and explained the situation thoroughly. A pleasure to work with.

We finally were able to set a date. He came out and got up on the roof (it's a two story house) and took some pictures of the roof. he said the roof was in good condition, however the bathroom vent pipes had cracks in the seal and needed to be replaced. I asked if he cleaned gutters and he said he did. He did not "repair anything while he was on-site. He sent me a very professional roof evaluation with pictures and an estimate for the repairs of the 2 vent pipes and cleaning gutters. the cost was $750.00 minus the $150 for the roof inspection. So essentially the price to repair the seals on two vent pipes and gutter cleaning was $600.00. I appreciated the estimate, but have not had him complete the work because I wanted to get other estimates.

Mr. Caron was responsive and gave us an estimate within a matter of a couple of days from the time we contacted him. He completed the work in a timely manner and his charge was less than what we had anticipated. He pointed out another small area of our roof where a few shingles were missing, which he discovered when inspecting our roof, and he completed that work at the same time.

When the son got to my house he said my roof pitch wasn't included in maintenance special. He said it said no steep roofs. I never saw anything about that when I purchased the special. So he said it would be $150 extra to go and and get a hook ladder. He came back about 6 hours later at the end of the day. I supplied the couple of shingles pieces that need to be repaired. It took him maybe 10 min. He gave me a general verbal estimate for a roof replacement not a written estimate as stated in special. I'm a small business owner and the right thing to do would of been not to charge extra and then I would of considered them to replace my roof but not after that over charge. Plus he had me write the check out to him not the business. Guess who probably pocketed that $$$.I felt like I was taken advantage of and ripped off!!

Justin was very responsive and came out for a quote. He answered my questions well and gave us an Angie's List discount. The work took three days total. They cleaned up after each day's work and did their best to protect the landscaping.

Communication was very good prior to starting the job. Kept us well informed by phone and text messages. Justin and crew showed up on time and ready to go. Removed nine 4' x 4' x 48? wooden upright posts. (Justin?s suggestion ? we?re glad he did) Removed existing flashing. Install new 4? x 8? sheet underlayment over existing rubber roof. Instaled new flashing. Install nine new galvanized posts. Rubber roofing glued to underlayment. All upright posts wrapped with rubber to eliminate possibility of leaking. All seams glued and sealed properly. They even brought the rubber membrane two feet up the wall to insure no leaks. Anchored with a special channel that stops water penetration running down the wall and the roof. Reinstalled vinyl siding. Results: Excellent! Job was done in a day to our expectations. We spent a long time looking for a rubber roofing specialist and we finally found one. We?ve had no leaks since the job was completed in August. We highly recommend Justin and his crew. I would hire him again if the situation presented itself.

The work was done competently and attained the desired results. Two visits were necessary. Contractors showed up on time and performed work expeditiously and. The billed travel time and work time for second visit seemed high. 2 hour work, 2hour travel total a little adhesive and a small patch of roof mebrane (less than a square foot) costed $ 700. I would use them again, but negotiate an all inclusive price up front.

I purchased this coupon because I haven't given my roof any real attention since moving in. I also have a ridge cap that is covered by a 'temporary" plastic sheet (over the top of older shingles), and I feel there are a couple areas that needed maintenance. I called to schedule the maintenance and Jason had me go to their website and fill in the automated form (no problem there), Jason was quick to respond via email and we were able to schedule a time within 1-2 weeks of my reaching out to them. Jason arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, introduced himself, and went up to inspect the roof. 10-15 minutes later, Jason came down and explained "there really isn't any maintenance that can be done, but since you paid for the coupon we can provide a small discount when you want your roof done". While I'm sure they would discount $100 off of a bigger contract as stated, this business model had me feeling like I was duped into paying $129 for an estimate, and wouldn't get any value for the money unless I contracted Caron Roofing to do my whole roof. I was also never provided with the pictures or written inspection that were mentioned in the coupon's description. I will not be using Caron Roofing for future projects.

They know what they're doing but just don't do it right all of he time but you can't beat their price.

Carons estimate was almost $4000 to correct the issue. We paid another great company $600 to compete the job and are quite satisfied.

I felt it went extremely well. The report and pictures were very clear and understandable. The verbal explantion was professional and detailed. The quote for replacement, (which I requested), was also very detailed and easy to understand. The maintenance that was performed was shown to be of value when this roof was inspected for a potential buyer and the only concern found was the age of the roof.
