+ -1 moreI called 2/25 at 10:15am and spoke to Coco. He said they would be out that afternoon for a quote. No one showed up or called. I finally called Coco at 4:45 and he said his crew left to come to my house at 2:00 and he would check on them and call me back. Coco (the father) called me back at 5:04 and said they forgot an promised they would be out on 2/26. They showed up and gave me a ballpark figure on repairing my roof because there was still snow on it. They told me to call them back when the snow melted and they would come out. I called them 5/1 at 11:00am and left a message that the snow had melted and they could take another look at the roof and give me a quote because the snow was melted.This is 5/6 and still no call from them. They are very unprofessional and if this is how they run their business, theuy don't deserve the business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Unfortunately, the rains from Hurricane Kyle interrupted the job but the sections of the roof worked on were made tight before each interruption of the rainy days. The actual work days to complete the project were according to the original estimate.
Description of Work: BRC was referred to me by friends who had just had their roof replaced. I received a quote from them and then received one from a roofer on Angie's List. BRC was less than half the other roofer, but actually in line with what taking off my old shingles and felt paper and installing new lifetime shingles over ice and water shield and replacing all the drip edges on a 37 square roof should have been. I am having three roofs done in different parts of the country.
