Ben's Flooring

Ben was very prompt, punctual and helpful when he came to our house to measure. We then worked with his designer who assisted us in planning the remodel. All was well until we received the estimate which was almost twice what we had expected. I expressed my surprise. When we asked for a more detailed breakdown of the components of the the work so that we could assess whether we needed to eliminate some or alter some of the more expensive parts of the project, Ben's designer simply stopped answering emails. We called and left a message with one of the other employees that we had not received a response to several requests for further information, we again never heard back from anyone at Ben's. We try to work with local contractors and providers. Having spent almost a month working on this project with them, we were very disappointed.

They did an excellent job. They were very tidy and prompt. They were polite and moved the furniture for me as well. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Outstanding. Ben and Scott did a great job understanding my preferences and requirements, and were very helpful with tile selection. They kept their commitment to a tight deadline, finishing the week-long job before the Christmas holiday. The crew was great, and their craftsmanship and attention to detail were very impressive. We're thrilled with the work and would hire them again without hesitation.

He is very good. We did have a problem with our floors but he stuck with it and fixed it and made sure we were happy with the work. It was a mistake done by his installers but he said that he was not going to finish here until we were happy with the work. Even though there was a disappointment with the work done, he fixed it and just made sure everything was right. I could not ask for more than that. I would tell others that they do very good work. They installed the kitchen floor and it was outstanding. We had asked them to extend the floor into the hallway and the installers had made a mistake in that. He did not charge me for the correction of the mistake that was made.
