I’m very happy with my two porches. I appreciated that Randy worked to get me the best value for my money with t my choice of lumber (cedar) and I’m glad I stuck with the cedar even though it costs a little more than pressure treated lumber. The overall look of the cedar is much nicer. Randy stayed in touch during the process since I wasn’t able to be home while the project was being completed. I would recommend Dixon Property Management to anyone who has a home improvement project they needed assistance with.

Randy Dixon is very personable, thorough, patient and efficient. He deferred an electrical matter to a professional electrician, when a danger presented itself. His deck work, however, was perfect. I would hire him in a heartbeat for other home projects. Very professional. A+

Randy was easy to work with and was quick to return to "re-fix" the porch doorway where issues of remaining floor rot, out of plumb jambs, and incorrect metal threshold caused severe rain leakage. I am now re-fixing repairs that were a problem because I did not insist on specific methods and materials (paintable caulk, crews and nails no longer than the material thickness, No 2" nails protruding into living space etc.)

They were honest trustworthy personable. Pleasure to work with them. If they said they would be here at a certain time they were or let me know different. Made sure I was happy with the work. Would definitely recommend them. Deck looks great

It was a pleasure to work with these guys! In my past experiences I have found some contractors to be flaky and don't always follow through with promises or even call you back. Not the case with them at all. Communication was easy and they started as planned on the project and price we agreed on. We now have two new beautiful decks for a reasonable price and in less time than promised! We did luck out with the weather, which helps but they worked hard all day to get the job done quickly and with excellent quality. Very polite and professional also, felt very comfortable with them on my property. Would hire them again anytime.

they follow up with phone calls. They gave recommendations and kept us informed on the project. They built and kept their word. I have found most contractors don't. This contractor was very great, he was very pleasant and reasonable on his price, He did not gouge me at all. He went above and beyond his work. He finished on the day he promised as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He even came when it was convenient for me like a Sunday because that when i was available. i do plan on calling him again in the future. He did a great job and was very kind, and polite, very respectful. He even asked my moms opinion and acknowledge her and wanted her opinion which was awesome because it was for her . i have never done this before, hiring a stranger and im so glad i did. he made it so worthwhile. He made it so comfortable as if we were friends for a long time. and he was so professional.
